Privacy Policy
How we handle information you share through this website and demo requests.
Effective date: 21 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AI Evidence Plane ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our marketing website (the "Site") or request a demonstration.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you provide: such as name, work email, company and any context you include when requesting a demo or contacting us.
- Basic technical data: standard information your browser sends, which may be used to keep the Site secure and functioning.
We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information through the Site. Please do not submit confidential business data in a demo request.
2. Marketing site versus the deployed product
This policy covers the marketing website at aep.valuecreationteams.com only. It is separate from any customer-deployed installation of the AI Evidence Plane platform, including the local runtime assurance component that customers run inside their own environments.
This website does not receive, store or process local execution evidence. The platform is designed so execution evidence is metadata-only and remains inside the customer boundary: raw prompts, completions and customer payloads do not need to leave your environment. Central governance distributes approved governance state and works with evidence references, not the evidence itself.
3. How we use information
- Respond to enquiries and arrange demonstrations.
- Tailor a walkthrough to your stated use case.
- Operate, maintain and secure the Site.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Demo requests and third parties
Our "Request a Demo" form collects your name, work email, organisation, role and project stage, together with the page you arrived from, solely so we can arrange and tailor your walkthrough. Where submission is routed through a third-party form endpoint, information you submit is handled under that provider's terms and privacy practices.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to enquiries, and where required by law.
6. Retention
We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request, and to meet legal or record-keeping requirements.
7. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the contact information you have provided, subject to applicable law, by emailing us.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
